Art this week looks at your life and illustrating your story, there are no re-runs! An exciting evening to catch a glimpse into your life, a funny or sad episode and you get to recount the tale as a piece of artwork. I wonder what our creatives will produce this week... Butterflies - art topic explores and explains the role and importance of these small, beautiful insects and how they help our mental health as well as provide us with much more! So many ways they have been referred to in books, music, pictures, photographs, science etc. An intriguing species which will create a great art session

Positive Thoughts- Mental Health - finished artwork. Highlights the amazing art produced during our art session. A variety of media was chosen to showcase positivity. Other creatives also attended the session and worked on projects they already had started. A great way to interact and unwind. Art topics were discussed for the next sessions, a fantastic way to feel included and valued as part of a community group.

All 4 Inclusion Member of the Month for May was chosen by our Chair of Trustees Claire Statham.

Positive thoughts - Mental Health; This week, we are focusing on ourselves and how to create calm from the chaos. Looking at ways to boost positive thoughts and steer away from self-sabotage. Join us for some chill time.

The Art Group this week is on Medieval Times. We are going back several thousands of years, connecting to the life and times of the people, the buildings, and thinking about how life was and bringing it into the now. This will be interesting. It could go any direction, a castle, a tapestry, stained glass design, a dragon scape, clothing or outfit, armour, or a feast? It will be epic, come join us on linktree (:

Art created during our Pop star and Eurovision theme week during the art session. A very chill group runs every Wednesday evening. If you are free and would like to have a try at something creative, please come along. It's a really supportive space and relaxing. Our creatives produced four very different pieces, personal to them.

Another awesome topic this week, chosen by our creatives, exploring popstars and lining up with the Eurovision in this week's calendar. Lots of ways to explore music or even Switzerland. It will be interesting to see where this goes. There's always the option to work on your own material if you don't resonate with a topic. It's your time to chill!
