Positive Thoughts- Mental Health - finished artwork. Highlights the amazing art produced during our art session. A variety of media was chosen to showcase positivity. Other creatives also attended the session and worked on projects they already had started. A great way to interact and unwind. Art topics were discussed for the next sessions, a fantastic way to feel included and valued as part of a community group.

The Art Group this week is on Medieval Times. We are going back several thousands of years, connecting to the life and times of the people, the buildings, and thinking about how life was and bringing it into the now. This will be interesting. Art created during our Pop star and Eurovision theme week during the art session. A very chill group runs every Wednesday evening. If you are free and would like to have a try at something creative, please come along. It's a really supportive space and relaxing. Our creatives produced four very different pieces, personal to them.

Another awesome topic this week, chosen by our creatives, exploring popstars and lining up with the Eurovision in this week's calendar. Lots of ways to explore music or even Switzerland. It will be interesting to see where this goes. There's always the option to work on your own material if you don't resonate with a topic. It's your time to chill!

Sarah Morris, who leads the Art Group for All 4 Inclusion, chose April's member of the month - Barbara Hulme. An active member of our online community and attends many of our meetings also. Awesome artist!

Creating a calm place to escape in Artwork tonight is where we are headed, so important for all of us. A lot of inspiration, but it's up to everyone to decide where their calm space is and take it from there...

The fascination leads many of us to visit the shore of our landlocked island, or read or watch mysteries, or have a thirst for the creatures that live in the deep. Do mermaids exist? Was there a lost city of Atlantis? So many questions. Beachcombing and rock pooling are also great pastimes when visiting the coast. A fascination for collecting and recycling/upcycling, or treasure seeking, is a must. So much inspiration for art this evening!

Many different types of art were produced during our Easter themed Art week, including, butter sculpting and Easter bonnets, as well as some awesome animals. Lots of imagination and sharing the importance of having friends/groups online during holidays, to combat loneliness.
