A very relaxed week this evening researching artworks and talking about the seasons we enjoyed, the colours, temperatures and memories we had.
Some led to some fantastic artwork, again, not all were completed on the evening, life gets hectic for our members, illness, disability and caring roles come into the equation also.
Now to showcase the artwork related to our topic from the night...

Donna - A really beautiful picture, this tree depicts Autumn with its stunning leaf colours, fallen leaves and the low sunset, this is one of my favourites. This week, Donna used watercolour paint to create this picture.

Phil - created an artwork digitally on the toon me app using the words Seasons and Moon and the above are the results. As you can see, some use his image and others another character appears, it's imagination, and that's how we think, and as creative people, it can lead us on exciting adventures.

Noor - Drew two artworks this week, one for Spring and one for Summer. She used Sharpie pens and colouring pencils. Her summer picture features a butterfly, and her spring picture shows some early spring bulbs just about to burst open into flower. Beautiful.

Andy - decided to complete a picture of the full moon for his artwork using black paper for his background and soft pastels to create this fantastic effect. I love the waving hand shadow over the picture; it creates great drama in the image. What do you think?
Our art space is designed as a quieter session, so you can bring along your own artwork you enjoy doing and be with like-minded folk who also enjoy being creative. Some of our group took part in their own building and other art projects while being in our online session.
I love this, especially about our evenings, you are absolutely free to come and join our sessions. The ideas are there if you choose to use them or carry on with your own project.
Let me know your favourites in this week's comments section. Would you like to come and join us for our art group? Have you been inspired? If so, then please do so using the link below, click on All4Art
