The history of scarecrows goes back centuries, and birds outsmart humans to reach crops; however, scarecrows will remain part of our lives, I believe. They feature in many areas; there are trails and festivals dedicated to the humble scarecrow. This week in art, we are looking at drawing our own. Which is challenging for so many as there are a great many of forces that interrupt how we feel about ourselves and undermine us as human beings.
