Positive thinking goes beyond a simple feel-good mantra. Its impact has been scientifically proven!

Embracing a positive mindset can boost our immune system, reduce stress levels, and improve heart health. Life is chaotic, but focusing on the bright side makes a huge difference.
Art inspiration this week is based on elevating mood and shifting our mindset.
🎨Let yourself be free and make art, without judging yourself. Draw, paint, sculpt - whatever you want, however you want - without concern, forget the rule book!
🎨 Draw or paint about something that you love and that lifts you & gives you positivity.
🎨 Make art based on a quote or poem you like. Quotes and poems have the power to change our moods. Use words that create impact and colour you love.
🎨 Paint, draw, and collage the things you’re grateful for. Perhaps people, animals, places, or music. This will help you to focus on the good things in your life.
🎨 Find materials and make a gratitude sculpture. What are you grateful for? Write this down and make this into the sculpture as a reminder for yourself xx
🎨 Draw some geometric shapes and use your favourite colours to make them interesting.
🎨 Draw or paint a sunrise, symbolising a new beginning you are grateful for. Reflect on the possibilities that come with each new day.

This will be a great time to explore ways that you already invest in and to maybe think of others that you could try. Speaking to others in a group about their positive ways of dealing with life can be immensely empowering and uplifting, and sharing the experience can unlock something inside.
