An incredible array of work from our creatives this week. Thank you to everyone who took part. We had some great conversations, butterflies generated a lot of excitement, as they fluttered among the vibrant colours of beautiful flowers. You have a plethora of pictures to browse through in the gallery this week (:

Matt says, 'Butterflies loving the nectar of flowers and brightening our spirits' (top painting). The lower painting shows the lifecycle of the butterfly, featuring the butterfly, caterpillar, and chrysalis. Painted using watercolour mixed with acrylic.

This is the first of Noor's drawings, drawn and coloured with pretty watercolour pencils.
Sarah titled her painting, 'Butterfly summer meadow' - seek refuge in this painting, find peace this summer. Think of the butterflies as they drink nectar and dance in the blue skies... Ink and watercolour on canvas.

Donna drew and coloured some beautiful butterflies. This is the first of three. Have a look out for the others. Donna uses felt-tip pens for all of her butterflies.
This is the second and final of Noor's butterfly pictures, coloured again with pretty shades of watercolour pencils.

Val drew a beautiful butterfly in a flower meadow, using coloured pencils.
This is the second of Donna's pictures, a trio of butterflies, super colourful, brimming with happiness.

Phil produced a very cool collage using some photos and his phone app. Some lovely flowers and butterflies, with a fairy, too.
This is the last of Donna's pictures, coloured in with felt-tip pens, featuring a butterfly and beautiful flowers.
And that's a wrap for the gallery for our 'Butterfly' artwork.
This was such an inspiring evening. Everyone enjoys the colour and identifies with butterflies and the flowers they land on to feed. They appreciate the freedom and transformation during their journey.
If you have been inspired, too, please join. Every week, there's a different topic and an opportunity to chill with the group.
Here's the link tree if you would like to join.

This was such fun and so colourful in creation , thank you Sarah .
