Flowers or Floral Designs - Finished Artwork

This week's topic was great! There were lots of discussions around flowers, including some of our favourites, exotic varieties, wonderful childhood memories, and gruesome species. Sneezing remedies were also shared.


One creative chose to draw seed pods from the antirrhinum, or snap dragon, which interestingly resemble skulls, and other conversations erupted from this. Check out to see if you can spot the painting by Barbara. What do you think?

The art group brings so much to so many, and the topic is one chosen by our community; each adds their artistic spin and freedom, and decides how they interpret the theme. The chat in the group is uplifting, sharing techniques, but also life stories about the work we are painting on.
