Butterflies - art topic explores and explains the role and importance of these small, beautiful insects and how they help our mental health as well as provide us with much more! So many ways they have been referred to in books, music, pictures, photographs, science etc. An intriguing species which will create a great art session

Positive Thoughts- Mental Health - finished artwork. Highlights the amazing art produced during our art session. A variety of media was chosen to showcase positivity. Other creatives also attended the session and worked on projects they already had started. A great way to interact and unwind. Art topics were discussed for the next sessions, a fantastic way to feel included and valued as part of a community group.
