Racing through this month, we've almost reached the end of September; this, being the last week of the month, is our mental health evening. We'll be connecting with our inner selves, both light and dark sides, and quietly seeing which animals or plants we resonate with. An interesting week to calm and create, join if you're free.

After a warm summer this year, we have had a storm and wet, windy days... The artwork this week reminds us of the return to summer once more with butterflies and flowers. Have a look and enjoy summer again.
