I’m excited to announce our second and final guided instruction session to help you finish learning how to draw your own portrait. In the first part, we determined the structure of the face where to place features and added shape and details of our own eyes and noses.

Once again, this week, our special guest, Barbara Hulme, one of our All4inclusion members, has kindly returned and agreed to run Part 2. Barbara is an awesome, world-renowned portrait artist. To finish your portrait, we are going to look at completing your mouth, chin, hair, and face shape.
Below is a list of what you will need. Please get these ready in advance. There will be a recording of the session available so you can watch this back at your own pace; however, it would be great if you could join and draw along so you can have first-hand experience and expert tuition from Barbara to help guide you with your self-portrait.
You will need
1. Your previous Portrait drawing from Part 1 (basic face structure with eyes and nose completed)
2. The front-facing, colour photograph of yourself that you were drawing from
3. Pencil
4. Rubber
5. A ruler will be helpful for alignment.
Please get this ready in advance.
🎨If you would prefer to focus on making a portrait portfolio storyboard, then select photos of yourself and arrange your profile pics. Or perhaps make a self-portrait collage.

🎨 If you would like to join and relax with some colouring, feel free. Remember, this is our second session, so it’s a little different to other weeks, and we will be focused on finishing our self-portraits, which will be instruction-led.
I look forward to sharing time and seeing your finished portrait come together. It will be a great evening of creativity!
See you all soon 🙂 Wednesday evening, 7:30 pm UK time. Please join us via link-tree select All4Art https://linktr.ee/all4inclusion
