When travelling, it is important to have proper travel insurance cover. While
There are a range of different providers for this. For those with a medical condition it is really important you share your pre existing conditions otherwise if you go away and something happens you may not be covered. Healthcare abroad can be exceptionally expensive.
There are a range of conditions which you need to declare. This includes
Mental Health Issues such as anxiety and depression
Diabetics
Heart conditions
Long term health conditions such as IBS, Chrons Disease and Cancer
Asthma and other respitory issues such as Cystic Fibrosis
Joint and bone inflammation
It is also important to inform your insurance provider if you will be pregnant at the point of travel.

It is also important to take a policy out immediately when you pay for your holiday as this allows you to be covered in the event cancellation was required.
A good money saving tip is if you are travelling a few times a year to take out an annual policy rather than a single trip each time.
