I am Andrew Crosbie from Glasgow and since 1st January this year after accidentally coming across the group I joined the weekly Wednesday night art sessions. This has been really beneficial to me by having a set time set aside each week to work on my artwork which is something I took up back in 2016 following a close family bereavement and enjoyed experimenting with new materials and techniques ever since.

I have always been into equalities and inclusion for disabled people. I am chair of my workplace disabled staff network and also my workplaces UNISON Equality Rep. Additionally I am a member of our regional disabled members group and attend both the UNISON National Disabled Members and STUC Disabled Workers Conferences to discuss and debate policy to create a more inclusive workplace for those with disabilities. Outside of work I am also the chairperson of my local branch of the National Autistic Society and through this role co ordinate and organize various groups and campaign activity to help create a more inclusive community for us all.

Since I started attending All 4 Inclusion I have received a warm welcome to the group and a lot of people have been asking questions about what is on offer north of the border so I am looking forward to sharing more information about places to go and things to do while on your travels both in Scotland and sharing experiences from further afield as well.

Looking forward to reading more in future blogs
