Curacao is an island in the south of the Caribbean. It is a constituent country of the Netherlands but despite this it has its own Prime Minister and separate currency.

The island has no direct flights from the UK, but regular connections are available both through major US east coast hubs or with KLM via Amsterdam. It is common to do two or three centre packages visiting these cities and at our travel club on 27 August we will spotlight some of these destinations

A particularly good hotel recommended for people with disabilities is Dolphin Suites. This hotel is inclusively all disabled access rooms

The island is working on its accessibility but in the meantime we invite you to watch some virtual tours on the main tourist board website. Curaçao - YouTube
