Accessible Jersey
Jersey is the largest island in the Channel Islands (a group of islands located between England and France). The island is very easy to get to with regular flights from all over the UK and ferry links to various ports in the south of England. The island is very accessible. The local tourist information produced a helpful guide to accommodation. I personally have stayed in the Merton Hotel which was an enjoyable few nights break.
