Menopause Matters

Hi fellow menopausees. Just been referred for the third time for post menopausal bleeding. The first time I had a hysteroscopy (highly unpleasant but kind considerate consultant) The second time I had another procedure which involved placing implement in womb and sucking lining off to test for cancer, which was horrendous! And the consultant was horrible!! Had ultrasound on Tuesday this week and got apt on Monday with consultant at the hospital that I had the second procedure at, Ive phoned them up and they said that I wouldnt be having these procedures this time, but am wary. But will refuse to have them done at this visit and arrange another one with general anaesthetic if they want to do it again!

If peopel could cross their fingers and legs for me - much appreciated!

I didnt used to know what gynacologists were for before I was post menopausal!
