Death Café

At a Death Cafe people, often strangers, gather to eat cake, drink tea and discuss death.

Our objective is 'to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives'.

A Death Cafe is a group directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes.I am a big believer that we do not talk about death adequately or often enough, which can have huge ramifications on how we process grief.

Death Cafe for me is a very informal look at death, grief, mortality and dying. We aim to create discussions, but there is no agenda.

All mortals welcome, all faiths or none encouraged.

Make a cuppa, grab some cake or a biscuit and settle down to have a chat about our final taboo online.
