Tanya Marwaha who may be recognisable to some people from noticeboards as her lived experience was on bus stops and in shopping centres up and down the UK for Arthritis Action  "I haven't lived a day without pain since I was 12" was the quotation used on this poster  A Global Keynote Speaker with a TEDx Talk achieved, Tanya is a Trustee at West Sussex Mind and Baton of Hope. Also Founder of Championing Youth Minds and ambassador for PCOS Relief

Alex Manners, the author of That's Not Right! My Life Living with Asperger's  As well as doing talks with corporate companies like Coca Cola, Zurich Insurance and The Autism Show, Alex appeared on Series 10 & 11 of The Undateables  Alex and I met up at The Autism Show in Manchester this year where I had the pleasure of seeing him talk
