What a night?

YES… it was an incredible event to attend.

With so many inspiring people coming together with one shared goal.

To create positive change and improve the lives of disabled people within the community.

A huge thank you to founder Scott, speakers Frank Bruno and Alex Manners, all our guests, Can Petit for the delicious food, and everyone who joined online for making the evening such a great success.

Congratulations to all the award winners, as well as the finalists and nominees, you all do such amazing and important work.

I suppose the question I am asking is would a wheelchair user be comfortable in a bedroom that was not ensuite?

I am not a wheelchair user but when my wife and I rented a cottage for her birthday earlier this year we had a choice of a 9 bedroom cottage where all the bedrooms were ensuite and another cottage with 1 bedroom ensuite and 2 communal bathrooms for everyone else to share. We went for the cottage with 9 ensuite bedrooms

There were bedrooms on the ground floor and first floor

None of the people who stayed were wheelchair users but we still went for ensuite bedrooms
